Meet The Team

3rd Grade
Logan Snow
Hello, I'm Logan Snow, the third grade teacher here at Oak Grove School! This is my second year teaching 3rd grade, and my fourth year at Oak Grove.
I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology from Wheelock College in Boston, MA. In 2020 I graduated from Bay Path University with an M. Ed. with a concentration in Reading and Literacy Instruction.
I am fortunate to teach in the school district I was once a student in. I grew up in Vernon and now live there with my husband. When I am not teaching I enjoy being outside, reading, shopping, sewing, and crafting. I have previously coached the BUHS girls varsity ice hockey team as well as Girls on the Run.

4th Grade
Erek Tuma
Hello, my name is Erek Tuma and I have been teaching 4th grade at Oak Grove for 13 years.
I was drawn to teaching while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Kingdom of Tonga in the early 2000’s. I received my teaching certification at Keene State and completed a masters degree in k-8 mathematics at the University of Vermont.
Being a part of the Oak Grove School community as a staff member and parent of Oak Grove students has been a wonderful experience. When not at Oak Grove, I enjoy being outdoors, playing disc golf and spending time with my family.

5th Grade
Kelsey Rabideau
My name is Kelsey Rabideau, I am the new fifth grade classroom teacher at Oak Grove School. I am a Vermont native who just graduated from Castleton University in May of 2021.
Becoming a teacher has been a lifelong dream of mine, so I am very excited to start my journey at Oak Grove!

6th Grade
Will Lapinski
My name is Will Lapinski. I moved to Brattleboro in the fall of 2012. Originally from Detroit, MI, I grew up in a small town in Northern, NY. I graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2007 with a B.A. in history and played four years of lacrosse.
After taking a year off to surf and ski, I went back to school and got an M.Ed. in elementary education, while working as an assistant women's’ lacrosse coach.
My first teaching job was as a special education teacher in Brownington, VT. After one year there I wanted to become a classroom teacher, and ended up getting a job in Brattleboro.
I have had a great experience at Oak Grove and being a part of the Brattleboro community. I spend a lot of my free time in the area skiing, camping, cooking, and watching movies. I am also an assistant boys’ lacrosse coach at BUHS, and announce boys’ and girls’ varsity hockey on the radio for 99.5 The Beast.
